Altum Consulting are working with a well-established international business looking to bring in a Senior Change & Transformation Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected organisation as it continues to strengthen its transformation capability and deliver key strategic initiatives across the EMEA region.

The Senior Change & Transformation Manager will play a central role in designing and embedding a robust Change Management framework that supports major business programmes, driving engagement, alignment, and sustainable delivery across multiple functions and geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of a scalable Change Management framework across strategic transformation programmes.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to embed best practices in communication, engagement, and capability development.
  • Drive alignment between business goals and change activity, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Establish governance, tracking, and reporting to monitor adoption and benefit realisation.
  • Build and empower a network of internal change champions across regions and functions.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to strengthen organisational change capability.
  • Anticipate and manage resistance to change, fostering a culture of collaboration, readiness, and accountability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, ensuring programmes achieve sustainable results.
What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrable experience leading large-scale, multi-dimensional change initiatives in complex organisations.
  • Formal Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP, ADKAR) is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working across international and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to delivery.
