Overview

Join our dynamic International Change Management team and become a key player in shaping the future of MBDA! You will collaborate with our international team to implement cutting‑edge Change Management Strategies and Methodologies, gaining invaluable experience in delivering change and honing your skills in risk analysis, communication, and stakeholder engagement. With the guidance of our skilled and experienced team, you will receive practical training and mentorship to excel in presenting, relationship building, and influencing business decisions. You will support the identification and analysis of change adoption risks as well as support implementation change management methods on selected projects – as well as delivering communications and engagement. Qualifications

Degree qualified in any of the following: Business & Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management to a minimum of 2:2. Other relevant degrees are also welcomed.

Salary & Benefits

£31,500 per year plus a £3,000 joining bonus. The 2‑year Graduate Programme starts in September 2026. Salary reviews will take place throughout the Programme.

  • Company bonus: Up to £2,500 (based on company performance and will vary year to year)

Salary: £42,520 per year (estimated) – Full time, CLOSING SOON. Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
