You will collaborate with our international team to implement cutting‑edge Change Management Strategies and Methodologies, gaining invaluable experience in delivering change and honing your skills in risk analysis, communication, and stakeholder engagement. With the guidance of our skilled and experienced team, you will receive practical training and mentorship to excel in presenting, relationship building, and influencing business decisions. You will support the identification and analysis of change adoption risks as well as support implementation change management methods on selected projects – as well as delivering communications and engagement. Qualifications

Degree qualified in any of the following: Business & Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management to a minimum of 2:2. Other relevant degrees are also welcomed.

Salary & Benefits

£31,500 per year plus a £3,000 joining bonus. The 2‑year Graduate Programme starts in September 2026. Salary reviews will take place throughout the Programme.

All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
