We are seeking a dynamic Change Learning & Development Lead to join our team and support a major transformation programme. As our organisation evolves, this role will be pivotal in ensuring employees are equipped, engaged, and empowered to embrace new ways of working. You’ll lead the people side of change‑focusing on learning and development across business processes, systems, job roles, and structures.
You are an experienced Change L&D professional with a proven track record of delivering successful learning strategies in complex change environments. You’re confident working across all levels of the organisation‑from operational teams to senior leadership‑and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
