A global data and technology company in the UK is seeking a Change Lead to drive the HR Cloud Transformation Programme. You will lead change management strategies, partner with senior leaders, and deliver communications to ensure smooth transitions. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing large-scale change projects in HR, strong stakeholder management skills, and expertise in change management methodologies. This role offers a hybrid working model and a great compensation package.
We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Change Lead to join our HR Cloud Transformation Programme. You will be instrumental in driving the successful transition from on‑premise Oracle to Oracle Cloud, shaping change projects that promote adoption and deliver a seamless experience for employees and managers. You will help ensure this transformation is not just a technology upgrade, but a step‑change in how we work.
