Change Lead

Starting National Salary c. £50,000 - Starting London Salary c. £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

This is a great job for someone with good stakeholder engagement and change management experience. We’re looking for someone who can manage a portfolio of process improvement projects, whilst ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, professional standards and regulatory requirements.

A bit about the job:

The role holder will be accountable for enabling and delivering change in the Global, Corporate, and Specialty Lines (GCS) business. This involves working with business teams to assess opportunities and drive change that positively impacts the business. You will lead multiple business projects, sometimes working with our colleagues in IT (project managers), ensuring we deliver to time, cost and quality, preparing and owning business readiness to ensure the successful adoption of the change delivered.

You'll be responsible for the maintenance and seamless operation of the GCS change cadence. The role holder will be focused on finding solutions to enable change delivery, disciplined and proactive when working with ambiguity. Comfortable with taking ownership, leading initiatives through to conclusion and excited about delivering great outcomes for the business.

Skills and experience we’re looking for
  • Knowledge and experience of applying change/project management methodologies and tools, including project planning, implementation, and managing risks and issues.
  • Ability to deliver improvements through developing others.
  • Strong experience in delivering and leading end-to-end change projects with people, business processes, systems, and technology teams
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver at pace and with agility.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence decision-makers.

  • Starting salary between circa £50,000 and circa £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
