AXA is recruiting a Change Lead for their team in Royal Tunbridge Wells. This role involves designing efficient processes aligned with transformation goals and optimizing sales strategies. At AXA – Global Healthcare we’re recruiting a Change Lead to join our team in Tunbridge Wells on a full-time permanent basis.
As a Change Lead you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing efficient processes that align with our transformation goals. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement of Go-To-Market (GTM) projects, tailored to the unique needs of our Distribution teams. With a focus on revenue growth, market expansion, and optimising sales and account management processes, you'll be at the forefront of change within our organisation.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home at our Tunbridge Wells office.

What you’ll bring:
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
