A leading financial institution in Swindon is seeking a Business Analyst to join their 18-month Change Development Programme. The role involves assessing business opportunities, bridging communication between stakeholders and technical teams, and delivering impactful changes. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a desire to learn. Hybrid working is available, supporting both office and remote work.

You’ll build skills and experience in Business Analysis, Project Management or within our Portfolio Management Office, giving you the tools and experience to lead change that matters.
We spend over £600m each year introducing new products and services, simplifying our IT infrastructure, complying with new legislation and regulations, and developing innovative new technology.
We don’t have shareholders, which means you’ll be delivering change that impacts on customers, communities and society.
As a Business Analyst, you will play an essential role in identifying and delivering change that drives positive and demonstrable value to our customers and colleagues across Nationwide. You’ll bridge the gap between our stakeholders and technical experts, creating positive change. In this role you will:

During your 18‑month programme you will work across a range of change initiatives varying in size, scale, and complexity. You’ll gain exposure to different delivery methodologies and concepts, development opportunities and industry‑wide (Business Analyst & Project Manager) certifications including the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) and the BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis. Our Change Development Programme will have two intakes, 1 st June and 7 th September 2026. You’ll be asked to select your intake preference when applying.

For this job you’ll spend at least two days per week, based at our Swindon office.
