A leading snack company is seeking a Change Communications Manager for a 12-month contract to drive communication strategies for a major ERP transformation project. The role involves designing effective communication plans, engaging with various audiences, and fostering collaboration. Candidates should have experience in change communications within large-scale initiatives and strong stakeholder engagement skills. The position offers a salary of up to £60,000 and various benefits.
12‑month contract. Slough or Ashby‑de‑la‑Zouch, with some UK travel required to other site locations.
We operate a dynamic working model built on trust, balance. Colleagues typically connect in person 3 days per week, as we know the best ideas and relationships grow when we collaborate side by side. We also offer Dynamic Friday Hours, giving colleagues the opportunity to flex their time and finish early on a Friday, where the role allows.
We’re embarking on Project One – a major ERP transformation designed to standardise and simplify our processes and systems with a new Infor ERP implementation. This is one of the most significant change programmes KP Snacks has ever undertaken, and it will touch every part of our business – from our head office to our seven manufacturing sites.
To help make this a success, we’re looking for an experienced Change Communication Manager. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the communication strategy that brings colleagues with us on this journey – building understanding, engagement, and confidence in the new ways of working.
Here’s a flavour of what we offer:
We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close‑knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.
We’re building a workplace where everyone belongs. If you don’t tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you – your unique perspective could be just what we need. And if there’s anything we can do to make the process easier for you, just let us know.
