Working as part of our award-winning Talent, Development & Inclusion team, you’ll design and deliver practical, inspiring learning that enables our colleagues to sponsor, lead, and thrive through change, aligned with our Grow with Greencore (GWG) philosophy.

  • Partner with MBE initiative owners and the PMO to assess capability needs and identify learning gaps.
  • Design and deliver engaging in-house learning across multiple formats - workshops, virtual sessions, coaching, and masterclasses.
  • Provide one-to-one coaching through The Exchange, embedding learning and supporting leadership growth.
  • Equip Change Champions to lead local initiatives and cascade best practices.
  • Lead the full learning cycle - from needs analysis to evaluation and ROI.
  • Introduce fresh ideas and tools to strengthen our change management approach.
  • Manage partnerships with external providers to deliver high-quality, bespoke learning.
  • Foster peer networks that build lasting change capability across Greencore.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in change management and capability development.
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder, and facilitation skills.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering blended learning solutions.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring leaders, ideally with a relevant qualification.
  • Ability to influence and engage across a large, matrixed organisation.
  • Creativity, innovation, and a passion for helping others grow.
  • Psychometric qualification (BPS Level 1/2 or A/B).

This role is based at our Leeds office and will require regular travel.

A valid driving license is required.
