Job Summary

We are looking for a Change Analyst to support our product data and change management processes. You will help create and maintain product information, track design changes, and make sure all updates follow proper procedures. You will work closely with the Configuration Manager and cross‑functional teams to keep our products accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and maintain product master data.
  • Identify and coordinate the daily management of configuration items, including creation of parts and bills of materials (BOMs).
  • Organize, control, and assist in the processing and implementation of changes.
  • Ensure version control processes, policies, and procedures are followed consistently.
  • Perform impact analyses and review design changes.
  • Assign approvers according to change type and ensure proper controls for data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business partners to communicate and align on Design Change Requests and notifications.
Required Skills / Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Change Analyst.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
  • Strong understanding of CMII principles and Fit, Form, and Function (FFF).
  • Experience using PLM/ERP tools.
  • Experience creating parts and bills of materials (BOMs) and managing changes.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred: Experience managing complex design changes and knowledge of hardware, software development, and manufacturing processes.

Work Location: Hybrid (In‑office 3 days per week, subject to change)
City: Surrey
Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 CAD

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.
