We are currently looking for a passionateBartender, to join ourChampagne Baron apermanentbasis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As aBartender, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• To be fully conversant with every cocktail (with their garnish), hot & cold beverage served in the Outlet (according to the description on the Pick Up Chart).
• To participate in food and beverage training and Master classes to ensure up to date knowledge of product.
• To offer guests suggestions of the cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages and to provide a detailed explanation of each of them when taking the order and serving
• To be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant and to know where to find all the information before enquiring help from Outlet’s Supervisor or Manager on duty.
• To prepare and keep bar stations fully stocked for each service period.

You will be required to work40 hoursper week, on a shift rota.
