We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to become our next Chair of the Board and help shape housing, communities and customer services across Greater Lincolnshire. With a new Chief Executive and a focus on the highest consumer regulatory grading, you will guide strategic discussions and ensure the Board remains connected to customers and colleagues.
You will lead with integrity, balancing governance, risk and performance while fostering inclusive leadership and strong partnership
Location: Lincolnshire / flexible, with regular presence across LHP's communities
Remuneration: £17,200 per annum plus expenses
Term: 3 + 3 years
Time Commitment: Approximately 4 days per month
