Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is seeking an exceptional CGI and Generative AI artist to create high‑end photo‑realistic assets and develop seamless CGI/AI workflows within a fast-paced post‑production pipeline.

You will combine luxury aesthetics with cutting‑edge AI tools, working across Houdini, Blender, Cinema 4D to produce beautiful content while collaborating with the in‑house Creative Agency. This hybrid role offers creative freedom and opportunities to shape the future of our global

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CGI artist in an agency or post-production studio.
• Proven experience with SideFX Houdini (SOPs, DOPs, VOPs and Solaris/Karma or Arnold/Redshift).
• Deep understanding of generative AI tools and how to effectively integrate them into a commercial production pipeline.
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• A strong eye for detail, texture, composition, movement, colour and lighting.
• Understanding of workflows for motion tracking and compositing.
• Be flexible, pro‑active and highly organised. Able to deal with changing deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a diplomatic and proactive approach.
• Strong technical knowledge and up to date with the latest technology.
• Be obsessed with staying up‑to‑date on the weekly shifts in the AI art landscape.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 5, Unity or Nuke would be an advantage.
• Passionate about beauty and fashion.

Responsibilities

• Produce engaging CGI/VFX/AI content to a highly creative and technical standard.
• Develop and implement cutting‑edge Generative AI workflows using leading image, video and 3D AI tools (such as ComfyUI, Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Weave and emerging platforms).
• Take assets from conception to final, ensuring seamless blending between traditional 3D elements and AI‑generated enhancements.
• Work within collaborative AI production environments to develop repeatable, scalable creative workflows.
• Write clean, optimised VEX and Python scripts to automate tasks within Houdini and bridge the gap between 3D assets and AI generation pipelines.
• Interpret briefs creatively and respond pro‑actively to feedback.
• Work collaboratively with the in‑house Creative Agency.
• Maintain an organised workflow/pipeline and working project for ease of collaboration.
• Model, animate, simulate, texture, light and render to a high standard.
• Be involved in creative ideation, working with key stakeholders to achieve a high level of output.

About the role

Charlotte Tilbury is looking for an exceptional CGI and Generative AI artist who combines world‑class artistic taste with deep technical expertise. Someone who can demonstrate exceptional visual skill and a strong understanding of luxury aesthetics, equally excited by creating beautiful imagery as they are by building smarter, faster creative workflows using emerging AI technologies.

You will be responsible for developing high‑end photo‑realistic assets while simultaneously maintaining the balance of CGI and AI in a seamless and fast integration to the post‑production pipeline. Using mainly Houdini, Blender, Cinema 4D and generative AI, you will be highly competent in workflow and ensure consistency throughout the production to produce videos to high standards. You will need to be highly confident, creative in your approach, able to work under pressure and with a passion for the beauty and fashion world.
