hib. is seeking a talented CGI Artist to joining our in-house team in Tamworth. You will create photorealistic CGI visuals for interiors, rooms and product imagery, turning CAD data into stunning 3D models and materials.

You will collaborate with Creative Services and Product Design to raise the creative bar, develop scalable workflows, and push the boundaries of rendering quality and speed. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Formación

• Strong portfolio of photorealistic product, interiors or architectural CGI.
• Advanced 3D modelling and photorealistic rendering using industry tools (3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender) and renderers (Corona, V-Ray).
• Excellent Photoshop skills for retouching and compositing.
• Experience with CAD files, drawings and product data for CGI production.
• Solid understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and interior styling.
• Familiarity with Creative Cloud and collaborative workflows (e.g., Figma).
• Experience building and managing 3D asset libraries and workflows.
• Knowledge of rendering workflows, hardware, and high‑resolution outputs.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver aspirational room visuals.
• Creative judgement to build an aspirational room rather than a basic render.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in AI-assisted creative tools and improving workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Create photorealistic CGI room sets, environments and product imagery for hib brand.
• Transform CAD files and product data into accurate 3D models and materials.
• Produce a range of visuals from lifestyle imagery to clean product renders and cut-outs.
• Develop animations and motion CGI to enhance storytelling.
• Deliver final assets through professional retouching and compositing.
• Collaborate with Creative Services and Product Design to realise concepts.
• Apply interiors expertise to craft believable spaces where hib products shine.
• Work with Product Design to ensure visuals match specifications and finishes.
• Help build hib's in‑house CGI capability with scalable workflows and libraries.
• Explore new technologies to improve render quality and production speed.

The opportunity....

Great imagery plays a huge role in bringing our products, innovation and brand to life.

As hib continues to grow it's portfolio and increase the volume and quality of content we create, we're looking for a talented CGI Artist to help build our in-house CGI capability and transform how we visualise our products and spaces.

You'll create high-quality, photorealistic CGI across everything from aspirational room sets and campaign imagery to detailed product and functional visuals.

This is a hands-on creative role combining technical CGI expertise with a strong eye for interiors, composition, lighting and styling. We're looking for someone who can do more than produce a technically accurate render - we want someone who can create imagery that inspires people to put hib products in their homes.

Working closely with Creative Services and Product Design, you'll help us create more high-quality content, more efficiently, while continually raising the creative standard.

How you will make a difference.....

Create stunning, photorealistic CGI room sets, environments and product imagery that bring hib products and brand stories to life.

Transform CAD files, technical drawings and product data into highly accurate 3D models, materials and finishes.

Produce a diverse range of visuals, from aspirational lifestyle imagery and innovation-led concepts to clean product renders and functional cut-outs.

Develop animations, motion CGI and other digital visualisations that enhance customer engagement and product storytelling.

Deliver polished, high-quality final assets through expert retouching, compositing and post-production techniques.

Collaborate with the key stakeholders to turn creative concepts into compelling visual content that elevates the hib brand.

Use your eye for interiors, styling, lighting, composition and architectural detail to create beautiful, believable spaces where hib products take centre stage.

Partner closely with Product Design to ensure every visual accurately reflects product specifications, materials, finishes and functionality.

Help build and shape hib's growing in-house CGI capability by creating scalable workflows, reusable asset libraries and efficient production processes.

Continually explore new technologies, tools and techniques to improve render quality, accelerate production and drive creative excellence across all CGI output.

What is required to be successful in this role...

• A strong portfolio of photorealistic product, interiors or architectural CGI.
• Advanced 3D modelling and photorealistic rendering skills using tools such as 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender or equivalent, and rendering engines such as Corona or V-Ray.
• Strong Adobe Photoshop skills for retouching, compositing, colour correction and post-production.
• Experience working with CAD files, technical drawings and 3D product data, and preparing these effectively for CGI production.
• Excellent understanding of materials, textures, lighting, composition, scale and interior styling, including challenging surfaces such as glass, mirrors, metals, ceramics and wood.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and collaborative creative workflows, including tools such as Figma for briefs, concepts and review.
• Experience creating and managing structured 3D asset, material and environment libraries.
• A good understanding of rendering workflows, hardware and infrastructure, including the demands of high-resolution stills and animation.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product accuracy.
• The creative judgement to build an aspirational room, not simply render one.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and collaborate confidently with both creative and technical colleagues.
• An active interest in emerging AI-assisted creative and CGI tools, and how they can improve ideation, workflow, post-production and productivity.
