Job summary

MasterMover seeks a Multimedia Specialist with deep CGI experience to lead our animation and video editing function, turning complex engineering into engaging content. You’ll own the creative process from concept through delivery, creating 3D animations of new technology and product applications, and crafting assets for launches, trade shows and digital channels.

The role focuses on making engineering content accessible and persuasive, landing customer benefits in moments and ensuring the brand

Qualifications

• Strong 3D animation and CGI skills.
• A portfolio showing ability to turn complex concepts into watchable content.
• Experience running projects end-to-end.
• Experience creating content for industrial or technical products.
• A degree in Film/Media Production is nice-to-have but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Creating clear, high-quality 3D animations that bring product functionality to life.
• Building animations across formats: product launches, trade show visuals, explainer videos, sales materials, promotional content.
• Leading video production end-to-end: storyboard, filming, directing, editing, motion graphics, post-production, publishing.
• Combining video and animation into product marketing assets reflecting our brand and customer benefits.
• Adapting content for social: short-form video and dynamic graphics.
• Partnering with engineers, product managers and sales to ensure accurate technical detail.
• Managing external suppliers and freelancers as needed.
• Maintaining visual brand consistency and an orderly asset library.
• Staying organized with naming, version control and language variants.
