A UK-based support organization is seeking a CFO Hub Support Worker in Peterborough. You will manage a caseload, provide high-quality community support, and help participants engage in activities to overcome barriers to resettlement. We will be delivering the HMPPS Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) programme in the East of England and Southeast of England.
We are recruiting for people to join our teams in the role of CFO Hub Support Worker. In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants within the community, at pop-up Satellite Hubs, and at our Activity Hub. You will provide high-quality support and guidance, facilitating the engagement of participants in activities that help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement and achieve milestones leading to sustainable employment, education, or training. You will undergo enhanced vetting checks. In this role you will be based in our Peterborough Activity Hub.
