A leading charity organization in Greater London is seeking a CFO to provide strategic financial leadership and ensure the charity's financial sustainability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-level finance roles, particularly within organisations with significant income. Responsibilities include leading a finance team, overseeing financial controls, and contributing to tenders. This position offers a salary of £115,000-£120,000 per annum and supports a hybrid work model.
As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Victim Support's future. Reporting to the CEO and leading a team of around 15, you will ensure the charity's financial sustainability and provide expert leadership across all areas of finance. You will:
Victim Support is an independent charity. They are dedicated to supporting people affected by crime and traumatic incidents in England and Wales, and put them at the heart of their organisation. Their support and campaigns are informed and shaped by these people and their experiences. They provide specialist services to help people manage after crime and to empower them to ensure their voices are heard individually and collectively at a local and national level.
Salary: £115,000- £120,000 per annum.
