The ideal candidate will be proactive, hands‑on, and capable of managing the financial complexities of a rapidly growing business in the infrastructure sector. You will work closely with senior leadership, investors, and external stakeholders to drive the company's growth ambitions and ensure compliance, audit integrity, and process development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, supporting national and international expansion, optimizing capital structure, and ensuring sustainable profitability.
  • Design, implement, and improve financial processes and systems to support scalable growth, ensuring operational efficiency and strong internal controls.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to provide actionable insights for the management team and investors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including private equity investors, lenders, regulators, and auditors, ensuring clear communication and alignment on financial goals.
  • Oversee all internal and external audit functions, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Lead the company's compliance efforts to maintain high standards of financial integrity.
  • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability as it expands.
  • Develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and results‑driven environment. Ensure the team has the necessary resources and development opportunities to support the company's growth.
  • Support the company's global expansion by providing financial guidance and insights into new markets, evaluating potential opportunities, and managing cross‑border financial complexities.
Your profile
  • Proven experience as a CFO, ideally within the infrastructure, transportation, or lending sectors.
  • Strong background in financial strategy, process optimization, and capital markets.
  • In‑depth knowledge of audit, compliance.
  • Hands‑on, dynamic approach with a track record of driving change and implementing processes in a high‑growth environment.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including private equity investors, external partners.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high‑performing finance team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and deliver practical solutions to business challenges.
  • Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and business planning.
