A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join a charity in London. This role involves providing strategic financial leadership, managing a finance team, and ensuring financial sustainability. The successful candidate will have a strong background in senior finance roles with complex organisations. The position offers a remote/hybrid work environment with a salary of £115,000 to £120,000 per annum.
Victim Support is an independent charity. They are dedicated to supporting people affected by crime and traumatic incidents in England and Wales, and put them at the heart of their organisation. Their support and campaigns are informed and shaped by these people and their experiences. They provide specialist services to help people manage after crime and to empower them to ensure their voices are heard individually and collectively at a local and national level.
As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Victim Support's future. Reporting to the CEO and leading a team of around 15, you will ensure the charity's financial sustainability and provide expert leadership across all areas of finance. You will:
This post in a remote / hybrid position. The successful candidate will be based from home, but will be expected to work regularly with VS staff from locations in London and the Midlands as well as regular travel across England and Wales with occasional overnight stays. Applicants should be able to comfortably travel to London and back within a day.
Salary: £115,000-£120,000 per annum.
