Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment.
  • Monitor and record vitals like temperature and pulse.
  • Assist with medication as directed.

Skills

Minimum one year work experience
Current PCA Certificate from approved educational institution
Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board
Certificate of at least 75 hours of CNA training

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) and PCAs (Personal Care Assistants) to care for clients at a local, prominent retirement community. This opportunity offers 12-hour day shifts, includes overtime, and requires weekend availability. It’s a great option for caregivers seeking consistent, full-time hours with a manageable workload. Bayada offers CNAs:

  • Base Pay: $17-19 / hour depending on qualifications
  • Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
  • Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for CNA/PCA:
  • Minimum one year work experience
  • Certificate of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA training
  • Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board
  • Current PCA Certificate from approved educational institution
