Job Description:

My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds in training who will be hitting the roads shortly.

There is currently a record number of learner drivers needing instruction due to test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19.

Over the past 12 months, our Driving Instructors' hourly rates have increased by an average of £3 due to high demand.

Additionally, over 70% of our Instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. Now is a great time to become a driving instructor.

Who can become a Driving Instructor?

We have recruited individuals from diverse industries recently, including:

• Driving industry (HGV, delivery, van, LGV, bus drivers)
• Finance industry (managers, accountants, analysts, supervisors, directors)
• IT industry (support, cybersecurity, web design, engineers, developers)
• Health industry (care assistants, managers, trainers, doctors, nurses)
• Education industry (teachers, assistants, admin staff, lecturers)

Training and Requirements:

• Full training provided, conducted locally where possible.
• High pass rates; we refund all training fees when you work with us.
• Eligibility criteria include:
• Holding a full UK driving license (or approved foreign license) for at least 2.5 years.
• Not been banned from driving in the last 4 years.
• No more than 6 points on your license.
