CoorsTek Crewe is seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate dry bag and wet bag cold isostatic pressing equipment, load materials, set parameters and ensure quality documentation.

The role requires a strong manufacturing background, reading engineering drawings, using measurement tools and maintaining cleanliness in the production area. CNC experience is desirable but not essential, with training provided.

• Experience operating production machinery.
• CNC machining experience is desirable.
• Able to read engineering drawings and instructions.
• Experience using measuring/inspection equipment.
• Quality-focused with attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Operate dry bag and wet bag pressing equipment safely.
• Prepare and load ceramic powders and materials.
• Load, position and remove bags, moulds and components.
• Set up and operate equipment to defined production parameters.
• Document production, batch and quality data accurately.
• Identify and report defects or process issues.
• Follow safety, handling and hazardous-material procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in the Dry and Wet Bag Area.
• Collaborate with operators and teams to hit targets.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
