CoorsTek Crewe is seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our team. You will work with dry and wet bag pressing processes to produce ceramic components and support subsequent manufacturing stages.

CNC machining experience is desirable, and you will follow engineering drawings and SOPs with a strong focus on quality and safety. The role involves loading materials, setting up equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and precise documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production or manufacturing machinery.
• Able to read engineering drawings and follow technical instructions.
• Experience using measuring and inspection equipment with good attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Operate dry bag and wet bag cold isostatic pressing equipment safely.
• Prepare and load ceramic powders and materials for pressing.
• Set up equipment with correct production parameters and inspect outputs.
• Complete production, batch and quality documentation accurately.
• Identify and report defects, equipment faults or process abnormalities.
