Doit is seeking a high-ownership operator to join the CEO Office for our AI Neobank app expansion. The role translates CEO priorities into actionable plans across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships and daily operations.
You will track OKRs, drive decisions, manage blockers, and coordinate with product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance and country teams. Strong written updates and cross-functional influence are essential.

This role is for someone who can help turn CEO priorities into execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, market launch and daily operating rhythm.
This role is based in UK. This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our UK office at least 3 days per week.
English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
