Are you an accomplished Engineering industry leader with the vision and drive to transform, grow, and lead a high-performing engineering services business? We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a well-established Engineering Services business through its next phase of change and sustainable growth. The Opportunity

As CEO, you will take accountability for developing and executing the strategic plan. Your focus will be on:

• Driving business turnaround and transformation - delivering improved profitability, efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Strategic growth and diversification - strengthening client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
• Operational leadership - ensuring exceptional delivery across mechanical, electrical, and technical services.
