Job summary

BJAK seeks a CEO - AI Investing to build and own an AI-native consumer investing business. The role leads AI-powered investing experiences across discovery, research, portfolio management and decision-making.

You will own P&L, assets, customers, engagement and revenue while collaborating with product, engineering and AI teams. The position is hybrid in the United Kingdom with office presence required. English fluency and wealthtech background are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in investing, wealthtech, consumer fintech or investment products.
• Direct ownership of a meaningful investing product, business or P&L.
• Strong understanding of investment products, markets and consumer investing behaviour.
• Strong product judgement and understanding of how AI can improve investment research and decision-making.
• Experience building and scaling consumer technology products.
• Hands-on operating capability. Able to work directly through product, investment workflows, economics and customer behaviour.

• Define the AI Investing proposition, product roadmap and business model.
• Build AI-native experiences across investment discovery, research, portfolio management and decision-making.
• Develop how AI should analyse information, surface opportunities and support users throughout the investment journey.
