Job summary

ActAI is seeking a CEO to build and own an AI-native digital banking business. The role will rethink how consumers bank by using AI across everyday money management, transactions, savings and financial decisions.

You will define the proposition, product roadmap and business model, scale product and teams, drive regulatory readiness and market expansion, and own P&L and operating costs.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in digital banking, neobanks or consumer fintech.
• Direct ownership of a meaningful banking product, business or P&L.
• Strong understanding of banking products, economics, operations and regulation.
• Strong product judgment and ability to identify AI-enabled improvements in banking.
• Experience building and scaling technology products and teams.
• Hands-on operating capability across product flows, economics and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI-native neobank proposition, product roadmap and business model.
• Build AI-native experiences across accounts, cards, payments and money management.
• Use AI to automate financial decisions, customer workflows and servicing.
• Own P&L, customers, deposits, revenue and unit economics.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and AI teams to ship the product.
• Build the core team and required banking, technology and operational capabilities.
• Drive regulatory readiness and market expansion.
