Job summary

IWG is seeking a proactive Programme Manager to lead New Centre Openings (NCO) and refurbishment programmes, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to our design standards. You will coordinate with outsourced partners, manage scope and cost, and align fit-out with global guidelines across the existing estate.

The role requires strong stakeholder management across countries, a commercial mindset, and experience in refurbishment/maintenance planning to minimise disruption and maximise ROI.

Qualifications

• Significant project/programme management experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Programme manage end-to-end delivery with outsourced partners; ensure clarity on expectations, deadlines and escalate issues.
• Fully accountable for scope, programme and cost.
• Ensure partners manage the fit-out in line with global design and build standards.
• Plan refurbishment and maintenance to minimise disruption and maximise ROI; utilise Design & Build partners where appropriate.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, prioritise work with business needs; manage supplier performance to contractual terms.
