Job description

ATS Euromaster in Swindon are looking for a Centre Manager to join our customer-focused team. In this 40 hour per week role (No Sunday shifts!), the leadership position requires the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team while ensuring consistently excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be driven to maximise sales and achieve all necessary Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The Role:

Join our team as a Centre Manager and help our team to deliver our essential fast-fit services.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Manage, motivate, and develop the Point of Sale (POS) team, fostering a positive environment focused on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Drive the centre's performance to meet and exceed agreed objectives and key performance measures, actively maximising sales opportunities to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
  • Ensure all team members consistently deliver outstanding service, acting as the primary representative for the POS.
  • Oversee and, where necessary, personally perform the required technical aspects of the role, including the professional fitment of tyres and the delivery of Service, Maintenance, and Repair (SMR) products to meet customer needs.
  • Adhere strictly to all Health & Safety procedures.
  • Ensure the workshop is kept tidy, clean, and organised.
Requirements as a Centre Manager:
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a similar industry.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence.
  • A basic working knowledge of Microsoft, Google and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Industry-recognised qualification (IMI Level 1 or above) is desirable.
  • Experience in other basic fast-fit services (e.g., brakes or batteries) would be an advantage.
