Job summary

Savills is hiring a Centre Manager in Exeter to ensure the smooth, commercial and operational running of the centre, delivering excellent service to Occupiers and Consumers. You will drive turnover, recruit and train staff, manage H&S, and liaise with Property and Asset Managers to maximise income and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen and stakeholder engagement, with a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri) and occasional weekend duty as part of the duty management rota.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in retail/landlord contexts.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication at all levels; customer/service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, market and operate the Centre to the highest professional standards.
• Lead centre management team and develop relationships with Occupiers and stakeholders.
• Oversee health & safety, security, and service levels on site.
• Monitor turnover, footfall, and budget compliance; report variances.
