Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Tenant Liaison Coordinator for our Milton Keynes location. This role offers a unique opportunity to be the face of our prestigious commercial property while actively engaging with tenants, managing health and safety, fire risk, and coordinating various events and operational activities.

  • Coordinated and scheduled meetings, appointments, and events, taking an active role in organizing and overseeing various activities within the building.
  • oversee the day-to-day operations of the Wellbeing Suite.
  • Follow process to ensure health and safety protocols, fire risk assessments, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Act as a liaison between tenants, property management, and external service providers, addressing tenant concerns and fostering positive relationships.
  • Deputise for the Centre Management Team in their absence, supporting the client and tenants with their requests.
  • Support service providers and tenants to ensure that SLAs are met, audited, and measured on a monthly/6 monthly basis.
  • Undertake building inspections to ensure areas are clean, presentable, and observed for any remedial maintenance works required.
  • Provide support to the Centre Management team daily.
  • Be flexible, supportive, and adaptable to the daily challenges.
  • Actively participate in regular meetings, serving as a main point of contact for the Centre Management team.
  • Record and address complaints in line with company policy.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in receptionist, customer service, hospitality or event coordination roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
