Job description

We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic and personable Centre Coordinator to join our property team in Grays. This is a full-time position, working 42.5 hours per week, with a salary of £27,625.

As a key part of our customer service delivery, this front‑of‑house role offers a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your skills in marketing, sales, customer service, and general management. You will be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, supporting the smooth and professional running of the centre. Responsibilities include assisting tenants with day‑to‑day needs, managing health and safety requirements, overseeing front desk operations, and carrying out general administrative and reception duties.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering excellent customer service to all users of the centre
  • Ensuring all centre targets are met
  • Effective day to day running of the centre
  • Proactive on‑site facilities management and reporting
  • Provide cover in alternative centres as required
  • Promoting and selling centre units, conference facilities and centre services
  • General reception and administration duties
  • Providing information for the production of monthly invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Conference and event support
  • Out of hours call out (mainly via phone with some site visits when required)
