The Education Authority (Northern Ireland) invites applications for a Centre Based Youth Worker 1 responsible for managing the Youth Centre and maximising its use by young people in line with EA policies.
You will work with young people to assess needs, develop annual action plans, involve them in programmes, and collaborate with partners to deliver impactful activities.

The Centre Based Youth Worker 1 will be responsible for the management of the Youth Centre and for maximising the use of the Centre by young people for agreed purposes, in line with EA policies.
This job description will be subject to review in light of changing circumstances and is not intended to be rigid and inflexible but should be regarded as providing guidelines within which the individual works. Other duties of a similar nature and appropriate to the grade may be assigned from time to time.
