Central Service Charge Team Manager

Location: Grosvenor House, 125 High Street, Croydon, CR0 9XP

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 3+ Months

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Hybrid Working: 3 days remote, 2 days in the office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

Pay Rate: £30.22 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a support team for accurate service charge calculations and issuing.
  • Improve data collection for better efficiency and accuracyli>
  • Coordinate data and annual processes within deadlines.
  • Ensure quality assurance in charge processes, including audits and reporting.
  • Work with different business areas to prepare service charge budgets and track expenses.
  • Manage changes in service charge data, systems, and processes.
  • Support system improvements for better service charge delivery.
  • Develop procedures that comply with laws and contracts.
  • Lead projects to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
