Central Sales Manager
  • Build and lead a high‑performing central sales team.
  • Manage inbound enquiries, referrals, and social leads with fast, friendly follow‑up.
  • Ensure sites receive high‑intent leads for personalised tours and support.
  • Champion international conversion, adapting approaches to local expectations.
  • Embed CRM best practice and create clear visibility of the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor performance and report on trends, blockers, and incentive effectiveness.
  • Manage cancellations and retention opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing, digital, site, and international teams to align campaigns.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience leading a sales or conversion‑focused team.
  • Strong knowledge of sales funnels, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
  • Confidence using data to track results and make recommendations.

Working Hours

Our customers’ needs shape our schedules, so flexibility and team spirit are key. You’ll design rotas to ensure your team is available when it matters most. Core hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm, with occasional Saturday working depending on business needs. This role can be based in either London or Manchester but will require frequent travel between both our offices.
