A leading engineering resources provider seeks a Labourer to support operations at a cement manufacturing plant in Stoke. The position involves general labouring duties and assisting skilled trades to ensure safe and efficient site operations. Previous experience is preferred but not essential, and a valid CSCS card or CCNSG is required. The role demands physical tasks and adherence to health and safety practices while working in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an industrial, construction, quarry, or cement plant environment preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends if required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labouring duties across the cement plant site.
• Assist with the movement, loading, and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, including cleaning spillages and work areas.
• Support maintenance teams during shutdowns and routine works.
