Job summary

Spicerhaart Group Ltd. invites you to join the Just Mortgages Academy in Swindon as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser trainee. The program provides extensive on-the-job training through our Learning & Development Team, with strong focus on client counselling and sales skills.

Successful candidates will have CeMAP 1, a passion for finance, and a drive to succeed. Training includes a £3,000 car allowance and uncapped commission potential, with realistic OTE £35,000–£40,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must hold CeMAP 1 qualification.
• Experience in sales or finance is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK.
• Be motivated to succeed and committed to training.

Responsibilities

• Join the Just Mortgages Academy for 4 weeks of training in Swindon.
• Gain practical, hands-on experience with on-the-job coaching.
• Develop mortgage and protection advisory skills for a career in property finance.
