Job summary

Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions Ltd is seeking a Skills Development Manager to lead the Sales Development Programme, deliver coaching and mentorship to advisers, and help them enhance client conversations for mortgage and protection products.

You will work with the Protection Account Manager and Sales team to deliver induction and training modules, and build strong relationships with product providers while supporting adviser success and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualified with adviser experience.
• Experience delivering coaching and mentoring programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with performance reporting and learning systems.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening including AML and DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Sales Development Programme to advisers.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to embed best practices.
• Support initiatives to increase protection policy sales.
• Deliver induction and training modules for new advisers.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with Product Providers.
