  • Participate in the delivery of comprehensive histopathology and non-gynaecological cytopathology services, including post-mortem examinations where desired.
  • Engage in clinical and multi-disciplinary meetings to share expertise, especially in areas where your interests align.
  • Contribute to clinical audits and governance within the department, developing protocols in your areas of expertise.
  • Join local, regional, and national EQA schemes in histopathology, breast screening, and non-gynae cytopathology.
  • Manage and develop histology services and participate in teaching medical students and junior staff.
