Overview

Cell Leader - CNC Milling

Salary: £18 - £19 p/hr

Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30 (early finish Friday)

Flexi starts available as well.

Location: Exhall

Employment: Full Time Permanent

Responsibilities

We are looking for a CNC cell leader who has strong experience as a CNC Miller setter/programmer. It is essential that you can programme with Heidenhain controls along with some CAM experience (open on Software).

You will be the main technical support for one milling cell (4 machines), proving programmes, setting fixtures, etc.

Programming up to 5 axis machines both online & offline.

What will make you stand out

• Able to write programmes from scratch with Heidenhain controls
• Experience with CAM software, in a perfect world EdgeCAM
• Worked to micron tolerances
• Experience working on low volume or prototype works
• Experience working with a variety of materials from steel to titanium to brass and more
