Card Factory plc is hiring Sales Assistants to join our friendly stores in the UK. No retail experience needed—full training is provided, and you’ll be part of a vibrant, celebration-driven team that helps customers with smiles and great service.

You’ll handle tills, stock shelves, and recommend gifts and wrap. If you’re friendly, on your feet, and flexible with hours, this is a fun role where every day brings something new and memorable for customers.

Responsibilities

• Put our customers at the heart of everything you do - it's our promise to them.
• Make every shopper feel welcomed, wowed, and won over - that's the cardfactory way!
• Serve at the tills with a smile, making sure everyone finds what they came in for (and maybe a little extra).
• Keeping our shelves stocked and looking fabulous.
• Recommend our amazing range of gifts, wrap, and more - we're so much more than cards!
• No retail experience needed, you'll be working with a friendly team and receive full training.
• What matters most is that you're friendly, approachable, comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it's all part of the fun!) and ready to help.
