A leading NHS Trust in the UK seeks a Clinical Evidence Based Information Service (CEBIS) Manager to oversee comprehensive knowledge and evidence services. This role includes managing team budgets, adhering to financial policies, and seeking income-generating opportunities. The candidate will also develop strategies in Clinical Librarianship and take part in national initiatives. The professional Clinical Evidence Based Information Service (CEBIS) Manager takes the lead on delivering complex knowledge and evidence services across the Trust to enable high quality decision‑making, learning, research and innovation, to achieve excellent healthcare and health improvement.
Using their highly developed professional, technical and communication skills, the post leads on the strategic and operational management of the Clinical Evidence Based Information Service (CEBIS) across all hospital sites.
The postholder will take a role in education provision within the libraries and across the wider healthcare team through Evidence in Practice and CAT Groups.
