Quote ref: CDP225 on application form apply now A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF I’m a disabled mum known to others as ‘mum on wheels’ living in St Mellon's area of Cardiff.

I’m a wheelchair user.

I’m looking for a personal assistant to help me live independently.

Working Hours

HOURS OF WORK 14 hours a week spread over 3 weekdays.

I can be flexible with the choice of the three days.

Pay & Benefits

RATE OF PAY £12.50

TASKS CAN INCLUDE

• Support me out in the community and at home.
• Light domestic duties.
• Support me with personal care.
• Support me with appointments.

Wages will be paid 4 weekly.

You will receive 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro rata). You will be required to apply for a DBS check at no expense to you.

Job Requirements

ABOUT THE JOB Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted.

A probation period will be necessary in the first instance.
