Qualifications

  • Experience leading technical teams with a focus on performance management.
  • Ability to handle complex rules and data sets within revenue cycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team operations and ensure effectiveness through audits.
  • Collaborate with counterparts and stakeholders to improve processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve centralised functions within the department.

Skills

ServiceNow or other request management systems
MEDITECH or similar EHR
Business Analysis and projects experience
Coding experience
Experienced line manager of technical teams
Multi-level stakeholder management abilities
Proficient understanding of UK Private Healthcare Revenue Cycle technology and terminology
Wide breadth of knowledge across the industry

Education

Degree or equivalent in IT/Clinical or Business education
