A leading water services provider in the UK is seeking a CDM Advisor to ensure compliance with CDM regulations on various projects. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in engineering or health and safety, strong interpersonal skills, and prior experience in a design team. Responsibilities include conducting audits, providing guidance, and ensuring designs meet CDM requirements. This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits including a pension scheme and private health care.
Location: Within the East Anglia area to include: Lincoln, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Norfolk and Colchester
Contract: Permanent/Full time
Salary: dependent on skills and experience + Car Allowance*

As a CDM Advisor, you will be embedded in the Maintenance and Engineering Services team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all projects within your portfolio comply with the CDM Regulations. You will provide expert advice and guidance on relevant legislation, conduct competency assessments, and perform site audits to ensure compliance.
