We are seeking an experienced and dedicated CCTV Service Engineer to join our team, covering Dyfed, South, West & Mid Wales. This is a permanent position offering a stable career with a respected leader in security and fire system solutions.

  • Location: Based in Dyfed, South, West, or Mid Wales (travel required across these regions)
  • Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
  • Pay: £14.50 per hour (£30,160 per annum)
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm
About the Role

We are recruiting for a skilled Service Engineer to perform maintenance, fault-finding, and servicing on a range of security systems. Our client specialises in advanced CCTV, intruder alarms, fire detection, and access control systems, providing essential services to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute planned and reactive service calls for CCTV, intruder alarms, fire detection, and access control equipment.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professional conduct.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers while also managing individual workload.
What you need
  • Proven experience servicing CCTV and/or alarm systems (intruder, fire, access control experience is highly desirable).
  • Knowledge of relevant standards such as BS5839 or BSEN50131 is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to manage a dynamic schedule.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel across the specified Welsh regions.
