Join this role for a unique opportunity to influence the design and execution of the Framework, liaising closely with the broader CCOR department across all regions, Firmwide CCOR, as well as key First Line of Defense stakeholders to ensure the legal entity framework is thoughtfully designed for adoption and execution within the in-scope legal entities.

As a Vice president of the CCOR Legal Entity Framework team you will provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership on the CCOR Framework and the development of the framework to meet the needs and requirements of the Firm's various legal entities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify, communicate and deliver enhancements to the CCOR LE Framework in order to find efficiencies, optimize outcomes and prepare the Framework in line with changes to the business and regulatory landscape.
  • Partner with key cross line of defence stakeholders both regionally and globally including Compliance and Operational Risk Officers and the Controls Management organization to develop and execute new or modified Framework operating models.
  • Support the coordination of legal entity risk assessment processes for the EMEA region and identify opportunities for CCOR officers to independently challenge and oversee elevated operational, compliance, and emerging risks.
  • Regularly deliver key messages to a broad audience, including senior management.
  • Work with technology partners to influence the design of technology and tooling used across the regional CCOR teams to facilitate them discharging their responsibilities.
  • Review and update the department's suite of Standards and Procedures to ensure they reflect the current requirements and operating models of the LE CCOR Framework.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Deep understanding of risk and control frameworks.
  • Ability to react and adjust to fast changing priorities.
  • Excellent relationship building skills at all levels, up to and including senior management.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence direction and outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
