St Mary's Catholic Voluntary Academy, a Catholic primary school in Stockport within the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust, seeks a Headteacher to provide strategic leadership while keeping Catholic mission at its heart. The role offers leadership development, performance‑driven improvement, and opportunities within a values‑driven Trust.

Formación

• Track record of strategic leadership and sustained school improvement.
• Ability to develop and empower high-performing teams through coaching.
• Strong communication with staff, governors, trustees and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership that keeps Catholic life and mission central.
• Lead development of teaching, learning and pupil outcomes.
• Nurture spiritual, social and emotional development of pupils.
• Ensure teachings and example of Jesus Christ are central to school life.
• Place safeguarding and pupil welfare at heart of decision‑making.
• Drive continuous improvement while building on the school's achievements.
• Lead and support high-performing teams through coaching and challenge.
• Collaborate with staff, governors, the Trust, parents and external partners.
• Enable each pupil to fulfil their God-given potential.
