Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Relief Catering Assistant to cover sites across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. The role is term-time only (38 weeks per year), 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and requires you to have your own transport as travel between sites is involved. Travel expenses are paid.

You will assist in food preparation, comply with health and safety standards, keep areas clean, provide friendly service, and help uphold Caterlink's brand image across sites.

Job Description

We are hiring for a Relief Catering Assistant to provide cover in the area of Bedfordshire, Hertfordshireto support our existing site-based teams. This role is working term-time only and no weekends so is great for those looking for flexibility.

This role will be a mobile-based role so you will therefore need to have your own transport. Travel expenses paid

The role:

• £12.71 per hour
• 15hours per week working Monday – Friday
• Term-time only – working 38 weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of tasty food and snacks
• Complying with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state
• Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
