Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Catering Assistant at Ottershaw Infants to perform food production and service in our schools. The role is term-time only, with 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and no weekends, offering flexible part-time hours.

You will assist in food prep, follow Caterlink's health and safety procedures, keep kitchens clean, provide friendly service, and help maintain a positive brand image across sites. DBS check will be required due to safeguarding policies.

Job Description

We are hiring for a Catering Assistant at Ottershaw Infantsto perform a variety of food production tasks along with food service in our schools. This role is working term-time only and no weekends so is great for those looking for flexibility.

The role:

• £12.71per hour
• 10hours per week working Monday – Friday
• Term-time only – working 38 weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of tasty food and snacks
• Complying with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state
• Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
